  <p>Our Camping Village has been run for 60 years with the same philosophy: to offer a pleasant and peaceful holiday while respecting one's own and others' privacy. The pitches are all delimited and, for the most part, separated from each other by hedges of spontaneous bush. Cars have a separate car park and are not allowed to circulate inside the Camping Village. The entire facility is immersed in the shady coastal pine forest of the Maremma. Dogs are allowed on the pitches and in some rented facilities under the conditions indicated in the regulations. A restaurant, bar, grocery shop, bazar, bike rent and tours, and a sailing and windsurfing school are available to our guests. Complete service groups guarantee guests minimal travel to their pitches. In addition, the Camping Village is equipped with a camper service and free Wi-Fi. Racks for hulls and a facility for hanging and washing sails are available for surfers. Excursions can be booked with an Environmental Tourist Guide. There is a small playground and in high season sports activities are organized for children. <strong>Reservations guarantee a place that will be chosen from the free places on arrival.</strong> Magazines specialized in tourism, such as the German magazine Caravaning, often devote articles to the Maremma Sans Souci, describing its structural characteristics, but above all the quietness and nature of the place. Minors are not accepted unless accompanied by their parents for the whole duration of their stay.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>

  <p>Our Camping Village has been run for 60 years with the same philosophy: offering a pleasant and quite atmosphere. Every single pitch is hedged offering privacy. We are situated in a natural Pinewood direct on the beach. Dogs are admitted. Minors are not allowed unless accompanied by their parents for the duration of their stay. Inside the camping you can find a Restaurant, a Pizzeria, a Bar with snacks and a supermarket. Bazaar, bike tour and rental, windsurf school. There are electrical connections for all pitches, a motorcaravan services. Laundry. Free wi-fi and mini -club At surfers disposal a rack , and also washing and drying devices for sails. Qualified guides as 'Alan Rogers' and several turism magazines as 'Caravaning' from Germany publish commentary on us .A small children's area add a final touch to our facilities which boasts 60 years of experience in tourism world</p>
